» Micro Precis 3 » 15 to 100mm nominal diameter

°Capacity
To prevent any risk of cavitation damage, the pressure downstream of the meter must always be significantly greater than the pressure loss induced by the meter (0.6 bar at Qmax); if in doubt contact us for a pressure loss chart. The upstream pipe diameter MUST match or exceed the meter's nominal diameter.

°Installation
In order to comply with class C requirements, the MP3 must be installed horizontally with the totaliser uppermost, to within a tolerance of +/-10°. With the Æ15mm meter, an adapter is available for vertical risers (contact us for details).
The meter must be installed such that it remains filled with water and protected against frost at all times.
Only use a full-flow valve upstream of the meter. Such valve should be kept fully open or fully closed.

Always flush the system thoroughly before installing the meter. Fit a suitable flushing pipe in place of the meter (for several days if necessary).
